From a photographical standpoint, this is what one would refer to as being 'a very good picture'.It draws the eyes to the center, but manages to detract our attention towards the sides as well. Golden ratio, contrast, natural lines, Carravaggio, rainbows, pots of lesbians, cambodian midget fighting league, Constable.
It's not hard to "falsify" the EXIF fields. In Gimp (and other photo editors I assume), there is a setting to preserve EXIF data upon save. So you can open up a photo, do all the editing you want, including HDR, and preserve the original EXIF data.I'm not saying that this photo is fake, I'm just telling you it's not like he had to falsify every EXIF field.
