i didnt read the article as all of you didnt too, but i guess it does more than only magnify something. as the screenshot suggests it probably improves contrast, lighting and saturation as well. and i doubt this is for the dieing generation. its a tool for us young ppl when we grow old which is in a couple of years. remember that.

This is kind of a retarded invention. Who would be willing to spend hundreds on this when you can get a magnifying glass that is like a dollar and can fit in a wallet?

Ok, so it may not be the most stylish thing to be carrying around but style is not the point here. As long as it serves its purpose of helping those with poor sight see better then it’s not such a bad product. The price however is pretty bad...$700-$1,300....YIKES! Forget the ants; I hope people will be able to burn an entire rat farm for that kind of money!
