I'm taking this to heart now that Apple wants to charge me $40 for a rental phone b/c of a faulty $500 piece of test equipment I just had to have this summer.

I used the Consumerist to find email addresses of Sprint executives and press them for some service that their customer service lacks. I ended up getting a $100 credit and I was able to lower my plan without having to sign up for 2 more years of crappy customer service. People really do win!
