You are right, somewhat. But how much of congessional Dems are voting to overturn the 2nd amendment? Just as bad, if not worse than monitoring, IMHO, for if both are enacted against the entire US population there'd better be a violent uprising. Just because most of your favored party is voting against "stripping the 4th amendment from FISA" doesn't mean they aren't pulling other draconian bulls**t.
