youtube.com — The Truth about Georgia gets censored again on TV. A reporter makes a comparison to the US reaction to 911 to Russia's reaction to Georgian attacks and the satellite feed drops off in the middle of his question. TV is censored every day and every hour but sometimes the censorship is plain to see.

Because they've already decided they don't like those three networks, and they don't want the actual facts getting in the way. How ironic...

hi governmentspook, one of the saddest things, I think, is that the vast moron majority do believe and are profoundly influenced by the psyops that passes for media in western countries. Its nice to see there is some intelligent life out there, I would prefer to see these things spoken about factually and plainly rather than alluded to via sarcasm though. spread the word, wake the sleepers!

It is really to be regretted that American mass media are trying to brainwash you guys into beliving that Georgian policy is the only right and "democratic" ))) Try to read this <a class="user" href="http://evrazia.org/article.php?id=584">http://evrazia.org/article.php?id=584</a> , <a class="user" href="http://evrazia.org/article.php?id=580">http://evrazia.org/article.php?id=580</a> and summarize with what you see on your TV to make your OWN opinion on this topic.

Let it be known that the NATO position on the Russia/Georgia conflict, like its position on Iraq, is strictly about oil and access to it. NATO must maintain its relations with Georgia at all costs, as Georgia is its only access to the Caspian oil fields. For US interests, its of utmost importance that NATO, namely the US, does not have any downgrades in its relationship to Georgia, or it will lose its access to the Caspian oil fields. The real tragedy here is that Georgia probably is the illegal aggressor here, but God forbid we call them out on it (or even so much as hint at it) or we can kiss our access to the Caspian oil fields good bye.For Russian interests on the other hand, anything they can do to hack away at the NATO/Georgian relationship gets it closer to eliminating competition for the Caspian oil reserves. That, and a NATO military presence in Georgia is like the Russians having a military presence in Cuba. Didn't we already go through that once before not too long ago?

@ tatinthehat, the contention that most South Ossetians are Russian citizens and how they obtained their citizenship is questionable at best, if not downright shady. The situation regarding Georgia and South Ossetia goes a lot further back than just the last few weeks... so I think you stating that Georgia provoked the conflict first oversimplifies the situation. Don't let Putin and pro-Russian media deceive you into believing that Russia was acting on pure motives ;)
