Straw man argument...We are talking about people who ARE free from absolute poverty and slavery, and have the time to examine whether the "freedom" the less-priviledged want acually exists, or whether we are all veritible "slaves" to society and its strict (and sometimes arbitrary) norms. We may be FREER than others, but that doesn't mean we are free.
Wish I could have seen them this tour. I didn't feel like driving 6 hrs to the nearest venue and paying for lodging etc. They were great at Bonnaroo in 2006 and I got to see a lot of the songs on In Rainbows anyway.
When did "He" become non gender specific??? Surely, "They" is the all-encompassing noun you seek. No, it's very clear here that the artist has been assumed to be male. Don't play grammar games to avoid that fact.
In America, through pressure of conformity, there is freedom of choice, but nothing to choose from. - Peter Ustinovit was on my google homepage, seemed relevant, so I came here, and I posted it... and no one will ever see it because this story is too old o.o

TV is a terrible example. I didn't watch TV for around 10 years and I now only watch the occasional National Geographic show, and the only problem I had was not getting Seinfeld (I think that was the show everyone I talked thought was so funny) references. I still only watch maybe one or two movies a year.

I really like the rhythm of this piece of graffiti. Try saying it out loud; it has an almost poetic feel.

being yourself and doing what makes you happy doesn't mean you have to be different.
