This is essentially sven-galism at it's finest. The nice part is anyone with half a brain who is talented will realize they are being exploited. Crowdsourcing is a nice rebranding of sweatshop mentality. ie. You can't do any better than us so we pay you very little. Nike has become quite wealthy with something called Childsourcing. Someone does make money but it sure isn't you.

Grabbing photos from Flickr is stealing. Buying photos from iStock actually gives you license to use the images.
