Credit cards are like guns, when used responsibly no one gets hurt. Using them correctly can be very beneficial: rewards, expense tracking, and helping your credit score.
Yeah, I maxed my credit card out pretty fast. After I stopped being retarded I put in the very back of my wallet and promisd to never use unless it was an absolute emergency. Sadly, it takes a lot longer to pay it off than it does to fill it up.
I bet most of it is the result of student loans and medical bills. Medical bills account for something like 60% of all bankruptcies, so it probably accounts for a pretty large chunk of debt in general.
Lets see, wages flattened out and big business realized it could extract more money from us by offering credit. Talk about a rigged game. But then, look at the party in power for most of the rigging. I'll give you one guess which party it was.
Want Less & keep your powder dry.Alleged "friends" and "neighbors" don't give a s**t about you anyway.Evidence- what happens (ala Haiti & post-Katrina NOL) when the s**t hits the fan.Any questions?

Those rewards are paid right out of the fees the merchants pay to accept credit cards.
