I wouldn't say Chappelle's Show was the greatest sketch comedy show of all time, but it stands a good chance at the title of ballsiest. Some combination of Chappelle having creative control and it being buried deep in expanded cable is responsible for this, one supposes.
I will never 4 get the day I saw episode 1 season 1 sketch 1...the blind, black KKK Wizard...had to turn off the TV and take the dog for a long walk...when I came back I decided that Dave Chappelle is a genius...
