What's really important in the end is ; is it really her using her Twitter account and tweeting about stuff ? If yes, I quite don''t see the problem. I might have been a PR stunt, it's still a 104 yo using Twitter ! And even if it was planned, I don't see a 104 yo spontaneously saying "hey, I should join Twitter, it seems to rock !"
