So you ignore any arguments to the contrary.Notice that humanaction and I, or any free-market thinker, will not try to tell you how the market should look. Our argument is that it should be allowed to develop itself because it will then be most efficient/productive of wealth.

Someone please correct me on the proper term for this:Having your enemies define you in the public eye is a tried and true strategy to defeat you, as the GOP did with John Kerry in 2004. By defining him as a flip flopper ( "I did vote for the 87 Billion dollars, before I voted against it", remember that?) Having the MAFIAA define "Pirate" in their terms allows them to use a broad brush in discussion of the topic, as in "only pirates would ever download music".
