It was NOT "unlockable" in any version. In order to get Hot Coffee, you had to manipulate game code with a cheating device. Unlockable means you can get it by doinging something in the game, such as collecting all the hidden packages or something. The ESRB was out of line when they changed the rating for GTA:SA. One would think that they didn't understand what Hot Coffee actually was.

Oddly, it got M.From the ESRB website: "Comic Mischief, Partial Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content"Partial Nudity does not guarantee AO. If it did then Halo 2 on PC would be AO for that stupid mooning error message. They actually had to put stickers that added partial nudity the the already printed packaging for Halo 2, but it stayed M.
I remember having the Thrill Kill lid sticker from PSM on my 1st ps1. When that broke I had one with the gold smiley. Now I have a crappy psOne with no stickers. It needs a lid sticker. The extra weight might keep the lid from randomly opening all the time.
