This is the same company who won the bid on a 98 year lease of the PA turnpike! They tried to get tolls on I80, but failed, so set up bids on leasing our Turnpike!!!! If you look at the full map of the U.S., you'll see the proposed Eastern link going across PA.
talk about a hack, this roger strong character is not even located in the US but he thinks he is an expert in whats happening here. Get real, your tinfoil hat is blocking reality.
