The Hanc**k one was not a surprise. Was I the only one that knew that knew she was a superhero like 30 seconds after she was introduced? It wasn't really subtle. The film beat you over the head with foreshadowing.

The power of the grail does not extend beyond the seal on the floor near the entrace to that temple place it was at. This was explained by the knight.
