It's a beautiful SPRING garden. Most of what we're seeing are spring flowering bulbs. Almost everything on the video is a bulb. It's a matter of taste of course, but for my money, any one of a number of English gardens are infinitely superior, Sissinghurst, Hidcote, Monitisfort Abbey (roses), Upton House, etc etc etc. A long list . . . .

I'm sure it's a beautiful place, but the cinematography was awful and the music was so over the top I don't think it really did the landscape any justice.

The keukenhof is a tourist attraction and a showcase of the local flower fields.. Hence all the Tulips..

Hehe, that's so weird, I also live in holland and this just looks so ordinary to me. There are lots of flower fields throughout the country (not as large as the keukenhof though). I think english gardens look way more pretty.
