But it MUST be true. It came directly from research done at the Oklahoma Schools of Metaphysics.Seriously though, what the hell is that all about? School of Metaphysics?Who teaches there? Professors Sylvia Brown and John Edward?
Lucid dreaming is a reality and you can train yourself to do it - or rather, train yourself to realize when you are dreaming. I typically realize how preposterous a situation is and in turn realize I am dreaming.Once you realize you are dreaming you can do whatever you want in your dreams. The downside is you usually end up feeling very unrested the next day. I thought I read something about your brain going into a different type of wavelength when you are Lucid dreaming so that may explain why you end up tired - your brain is not in sleep mode.
I usually don't punch, for some reason I always have a knife around. But you know what they say what you should not bring to a shooting? Esp. when it's you vs. the rest. So I run, cut some and then I die. That's how all my dreams go. Sometimes not a knife, sometimes only one opponent, but I die every time. Man and I hate losing :-)
About 6 months ago I was often have flying dreams where I can swoop like Mario with his cape on in Super Mario World. It took a few dreams to be able to stay up, but now i'm pro at it. I remember one time I jumped out of the window of a clock tower flew around a city and saved a princess who was trapped on a train.I think I was probably just playing too much Nintendo, though. :)
It sounded like all of the dream interpretations are just based on speculation. There didn't seem to be any kind of scientific testing here. Though, any kind of testing would be very difficult because of how quickly we forget dreams that we had, and dreams are just too complex for interpretation.
