avclub.com — The MPAA, the film ratings organization that keeps you and I safe from dangerous movie guns pointed directly at our innocent eyes, recently banned the following poster for Kevin Smith's upcoming movie, Zack & Miri Make A Porno.

Same thing they did for Titanic and the exposed breast. Two of the biggest movies in America and they both got the rules bent to be PG-13. f**k the MPAA.

Well, sure, but you can't ban everything you don't want to have to explain to your kids. That's not possible today. Images of sexuality are everywhere. How old are they, 6 or 7? Not too early to teach 'em, in my ever-so-humble, useless opinion.

What is about positions of arbitrary power that leads to selective decision-making resulting in hypocritical abuses of that power ... the MPAA is a dinosaur that should be disbanded.

Child asks mother what they are doing, Mother tells child that she will tell him/her when he/she is older. Job done. This is pathetic!

Ok, true. I'll give you that one. But I still don't think it was grotesque enough to grant it an R rating. He really just looked like a monster (not worthy of an R-rating), it wasn't really gory. And I don't think ONE person's mildly graphic disfigurement should grant it an R rating either. Especially with it only showing up like 4 times in the whole movie, and for no longer than a 2 minutes or so.This was not a violent or graphic movie.
