Yes, because the cost is insignificant compared to what we're paying to keep the drugs out of their hands in the first place. Most addictions can be managed quite well and cheaply. Most ODs and severe health problems occur because of environment and the drug they are buying not conforming to a standard dose. Helping to alleviate those problems alone will save us a heck of a lot of money.And I guarantee you, more American agree with me then with you. I believe there are still some primitive tribes in the world that discard the people they feel are no longer necessary. You are completely free to join them. assh**e.
