The "tips and tricks" he offers are pretty good, but his explanations of the "theory" behind it are absolute psychobabble BS. Like mikesown said, he sounds like a badly trained psychologist.That stuff helps reel in the really gullible people.
But he is promoting his book, and the whole GTD/Getting Things Done are registered trademarks of the David Allen Company. So it isn't completely different.
Alright, after seeing the video, I kind of cringed. The book I found to be much more clear, more informative. This hit all the topics but in a way I don't think would be terribly helpful to new "initiates".
