An "interrobang" is typically what is going on every time you see footage of a naked prisoner of war. If I remember correctly, some of our troops were court marshaled for interrobanging some Iraqi prisoners. Now it's a standard form of *non* torture at Guantanamo. It's a combo of interrogate + ass bang... interrobang.
