Glad to see this get dugg. I actually designed the BICOM HMS systems. The best part of the designs are the touch sensitive buttons. The front panel is simply black acrylic and the buttons "appear" when the system is turned on. The volume control is activated by sliding your finder over the panel and the LEDs light underneath. What sets this touch panel even further apart is that when the panel is touched a slight mechanical "bump" is felt giving the user tactile feedback. The enclosures are made of custom designed aluminum extrusions and machined aluminum panels. The finish is either anodized or powder coated. We can change the color of any button by just changing the LED that is populated. We're really excited about these designs and are hoping for the best. I'll put my vote in for the Decomatic. There's something about classic design, wood, and the utter *lack* of lights that makes it stand out on its own.
