I think competition - in anything - is good because it leads to advancements and "pushing the envelope" to stay ahead of the game. It's also nice to see search engine niches like Cha-cha, for example, which focuses on text messaging as its unique feature. Should Microsoft attempt to compete in the search market? I think that it would be interesting to see what Microsoft can provide in terms of innovations in the search market realm, which Google definitely dominates as of now.
