I'll concede "limited control" You wont have the ability to launch any apps you arent authorised for, nor can you admin the server itself without rights. the blanket assumption that it gives you control is at best misleading, dozens of people can launch separate desktop sessions within the ICA environment and have no control over the server itself.Also it was the GP that posted about streaming video, not me
