Good. I bloody hate websites that only offer a partial feed, I use Google Reader on my mobile phone all the time and it's far more efficient to read stories from within Google Reader and it is to follow a title link.
For people who prefer tities+short description remember some feed readers allow you to abbreviate the feeds anyway, so it just gives you the choice to view full post.
