One thing i really like about google is its following the path of linux making everything it do available as open source or APIs for developers to develop codes for their own use as well as adding usability of google services. I guess google is going to do the same with GPhone. Make it and then leave it to developer to customize it and evolve it as alternative to desktops.

Google is going to wipe the floor with the larger carriers. They have been rewriting the rules from the very beginning and the gPhone will be no different. I can't wait to see what they come up with. I'm following the the rumors, news and stories on my blog at www.ilovegphone.com
