And? Why does the developer have to use the operating system the program runs on?There is a mac version of chrome by the way, you have to build it from source, and it isn't ready for prime time.Also, the hardware is a Mac, that means absolutely nothing about the OS it is running.

1. It's much faster, and many sites use Javascript.2. You can either block ads on your computer, using Privoxy, or you can install AdBlock onto Google Chrome. See Adsweep.org.3. Extra features? Like what? I use Adblock and Greasemonkey on Firefox. Chrome has them both.
