I've seen a couple of good ones around, like SO1337 and HI2U.. but I've found in Vic, Aus there's still heaps available. Not many geeks express it by plates.

Standard license plates in my part of the world used to be letter, letter, letter number, number, number at a time when I was doing classic Mac OS programming. I often wished I could arrange get the license plate "STR 255"

ODIWAN: If you mean because i had to go to the web site to check on the binary to text then you're right, i'm not a programmer. If the binary means something other than J or 74 then i'm definitely lost.

After watching diggnation episode 68, I have to say I was a little offended by Kevin's comments that a girlfriend of someone with any of these geeky license plates wouldn't notice. He said: "What you need is something that if you bring a girl up to your car she's not going to notice that you've got a geeky plate, like if it says ALTF4, she'll look at that and be like, oh that's just your license plate, but you'll know". Give us some credit.

I saw two in the UK the last one was yesterday on a BMW convertible it said L33 7UX which is not only leet but tux as well (for all u linux fans)the next one was just this very morning on a normal numberplate the last 3 letters were PWNi tryed to take pics but... well... just try taking a pic of the car in front from your car with a Nokia 6600 and tell me if you can still see the number plate.

I was in he car the other day and saw a red Lotus with the license plate MACH V. In my home town there is L3T IT B. My mom and I still think it is very fitting in a town of hippies.
