Very nice post... it helps puts things into perspective. I find it disturbing that the general media (and the propaganda machines) are dealing with this crisis using generic statements and stereotypes. It is very important for us to understand the timeline that lead to the current events, without being overly distracted by other statements that discuss the middle east conflict in general...
