venturebeat.com — The lawsuit, filed by brothers Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, and Divya Narendra, accuses Zuckerberg, Facebook?s 23-year-old C.E.O, of stealing the source code, design, and business plan for Facebook in 2003 when he briefly worked in the Harvard dorms as a programmer for their own fledgling social-networking site, now known as ConnectU.

At least every single page doesn't prominently feature "A Mark Zuckerberg Production" at the bottom anymore. He used lies and deception to both gain access to their project, work on it, and then steal their ideas without them knowing. That's not "good business sense," it's sociopathic behaviour held up as an example of strength and cleverness.

Everyone hates the guy who wins. Sad.

Not surprised. He stole his entire "great new features/API" speech/pitch from Jobs; everything from hand gestures to caesural pauses. I get the feeling he has never done his own work. But, then again, Jobs and Gates were smart enough to build empires based on other people's work. Hmmm....nah, Zuckerberg is a f**king tool.

"They’ve been fighting ever since, and all the while Zuckerberg and Facebook have maintained the suit isn’t going anywhere. This month, however, there’s a federal court hearing on the case."<a class="user" href="http://www.shpe-sac.org">http://www.shpe-sac.org</a><a class="user" href="http://www.ocflex.com/">http://www.ocflex.com/</a> <a class="user" href="http://www.trgovinca.org">http://www.trgovinca.org</a><a class="user" href="http://www.chasr.org/">http://www.chasr.org/</a>
