How EXACTLY can we spend all the money? Is the earth like a scam artist who will take the dollars and soak up CO2 with them and then bury them so noone else can have them.No.... that money would just get spent by the people doing the environmental work and go back into circulation just like any other spending program.
Better get a start on that terraforming mars then, eh? It only takes about 750 years, screw the ethics of forward contamination, we need a new home to trash.
