You realize the title of the article is a joke, right? I mean, if you even read the first paragraph you'd know that.Even then, same site, different author.
He's right to some degree: it's not worth dissembling your MBP and then reapplying the proper amount of paster.However, it also proves the point that Apple's manufacturing quality is way off from where it should be.

Basically, it says that Apple did use too much thermal paste, but re-applying Arctic Silver is not worth the trouble for a small drop in temperature.
