No one is stupid enough to make a whole freaking Museum and have fact to back it up. For everything they have in the Museum they have facts verifying them. And no you don't even have to be Christian to believe them. You just have to be able to be open minded. Majority of people here believe that if you were raised to be a Christian you are a fool. They don't even bother to look at your point of view. While a lot of Christians here look at the "science" point of view and say well there are facts to disprove evolution and here they are. But I guess this is just like talking to a brick wall.
There are plenty of Christians that heed the facts that science presents and weigh them against specific beliefs and religious writings. Unfortunately there are also those who are incapable of debate and critical thought about their existence and thus fall back on fundamentalism as an easy out.
Holy s**t flip, you're so damn sensitive. Satire isn't the same as "making stuff up", and neither is this.Yes it's an exaggeration. No it's not absolutely necessary. It's f**king funny so I'm fine with it. Can we move on now?
"I believe in a marriage of science and the Bible, not one or the other."Well the Bible definitely has to be the woman in that marriage, as she is continually submitting to Science whenever he makes a new discovery.
This is precisely the audience that the Republican party actively engages, encourages, and panders to. Choosing to be stupid has somehow become a self-righteous virtue in this country. My children will inherit a very dangerous world, right in their own back yard, where reason and free thought have lost value. Very frightening.
