nbcbayarea.com — If only this 3-bedroom in Lower Pac Heights were abutted by another tall building on the other side? then it'd win the award for most "Little House"-like home in San Francisco. Take a look inside the coolest little house in the city.

And considering how it doesn't look that small inside and that its very nicely furnished, and even seems to have a little back-yard type thing in the back.

Guess what. "Anywhere else" in the US isn't the SF Area.

I am sure you will be able to get it for a lot less when it's fast food drive thru worker owner defaults on the mortage.

Dogs don't have arms, they just have legs.

that's how you spot people who don't live in SF: they call it Frisco! :-)

Probably not fair to lump all Californian's in this comment. There are several areas in California where you can buy a lot of house / land for $700,000. Bakersfield, for example. But it's all supply and demand. A lot of people with a lot of money want to live in San Francisco, and there is not much land there. And personally, I would rather pay 700k for a small house in San Francisco, than live in a McMansion on several acres almost anywhere else.

No, I wont. It's not worth it. Think about how much money that is for a second.

That is one little bitty house. Yes, SF home prices remain goofy.
