The only things that will benefit are the cotton and other raw resources. We manufacture very little goods now days. Its so hard to see the made in the USA tag anymore. So its helps those that produce raw materials and screws the other 90% + of US citizens. Then on top of it, wages aren't going to be raised by the 10 to 20% to catch up to the inflation, currency and price.
