i've heard this before, it's definitely not an isolated issue but i've never really seen any difference between my MBP and my old iBook both have pretty identical signal strength and coverage.
hmmmmm.... since when are MacBooks aluminum? Are they talking about the MacBook Pro and Air, or is this the end of plastic cases? I'm psyched to hear about this. those NeXT Cubes were amazing (look them up). The cases will be significantly stronger than anything Apple has had. Talk to anyone that dropped a MacBook Pro or metal Powerbook about crimpled edges and they will be happy to hear about this.

When has the word brick ever been a good thing to associate with a computer? What will be the spin-offs? The paperweight and the doorstop?

How will the economy affect tech sales this holiday? If sales for tech sales are abysmal, will Apple's new toys be the standout?http://thenewscoverage.net/14345/
