Metamorpho and Deadman were absolutely great, if more for the art and design elements than the storytelling. I actually thought, though, that the Deadman story was stronger than the Hawkman story, which also featured fantastic art.
I loved the art of Adam Strange, Deadman was great over all, Sgt. Rock and Kamandi got me interested in the characters, and I enjoyed the Batman story, too.
