What more amazing is how his staff is able to cobble these clips together to show the lying and hypocrisy of the right wing, yet CNN doesn't have the staff to be able to do the same thing...
Jon Stewart has been off his game since the writers strike; he seems to have found that old spark again with this episode.McCarthyism has reared its ugly head again, and Stewart is our Edward R. Murrow.
@HartgE46: I never said it wasn't getting good ratings. American Idol gets good ratings, doesn't mean I think its worth watching.@MalenfantX: I tried watching it when John Stewart took over for a few months but I couldn't get used to how dry it had become (not in terms of dry humor). I know hes improved quite a bit and some of those who've gone in and out of the show since are still pretty funny, but now that I try and watch it, it still just doesn't really make me laugh like it used to.

That was before modern America, where the only real reporting that goes on in the mainstream is on Comedy Central.
