Native Americans also took to observing squirrels in the fall. If the squirrels appeared busy and were storing an abundance of food, a cold winter usually followed.
Buried for being lame. This is by far NOT the first, or second, or third, or fifty-seventh time I've seen something like this. My friend's family has had something like this for a good few years. It isn't new or relatively entertaining after the first couple times the squirrel falls off.
Heh, the squirrels I have seen would quickly figure out how to get what they want without the spinning. I have tried everything short of killing them, but I have yet to keep squirrels away from my bird feeder. Whether they are hanging upside down MIA style or just chewing through the cord which holds up the feeder, they will eventually get the seed. Wanna know something scary? At night its rats which are taking your bird feeder food.

like this?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qo2TzLfNN0NOTE: depending on your attitude to squirrels this may be hilariously funny, or deeply disturbing. Or both.

I've got one of these in my yard; it's hilarious watching the squirrels try to figure this one out! Get them here:http://birdingdepot.com
