Yes, the Bush administration knew what they were doing was wrong, and are terrorists, but it's strange that you say waterboarding isn't torture when we know that it is.
Think about the future too. Many of these torturers will be getting new jobs someday. Maybe with your local police department. Their "skills" will live on.
