I replayed this game three times with different character classes (playing warrior just makes the game too easy) since it's release and still haven't finished this game... mostly because nevermind how many mods you install to 'enhance' the experience (which you shouldn't have to if the cdeveloper took some time to improve the console port for PC) this games get's repititive very fast.BTW, I recommend installing 'Oblivion Overhaul' mod. It's quite big, but it's worth it, and will prob make you want to replay the game.
Took me about 80 hours to beat all the missions with exploring in between... i even did the vamper missions. Great game... probably the best i've ever played, but the 360 loading times were horrendous.
I disagree. Having them in numerical order works well if you find a location on that map and want to know what it is... but normally you're going to know the name of the location and want to find it on the map.
I played about 15 hours of Oblivion and felt like I had experienced everything there was to experience. Once you've been in one Ayleid ruins you've been in them all.
One of the many things I hated about Oblivion was that they used tilesets to create every indoor area. Every tile fits into other specific tiles and there is absolutely no room for creativity or variation.

Obliv-o-Map is definitely the best Elder Scrolls Oblivion map.

BTW, the free (for the 360 folk) Mehrune's Razor download does offer some interesting level design. Um, and it's free. Oh and you get a sweet dagger.
