Actually, no, the Office doesn't call anything. They take jokes that people have been saying for months, then include them in the show as if they thought of it themselves. And people actually think they are original for it.Digg, on the other hand, did, in fact, call it.
I went to school as the one eyed one horned flying purple people eater...so I had on wings and a purple horn and I made this giant styrofoam eye....It was pretty good and I had everyone singing the song the whole day
i only saw 1 joker. and it was actually cool because he was the joker wearing the bank robber clown mask at the beginning of the movie, and the mask looked just like the one in the movie.
