Look at you all. It's just a phone. Wait until you see what the monthly plans are, then take a look and make a reasonable decision. After all, this isn't the second coming of Jesus.
I don't think I would trust sending contacts through to 'some startup'. Apple on the other hand I would trust to not use my address book for malicious purposes (maybe naive?).
