It upsets me some God damn much to see crap like that. It leaves you speechless & angry & the only persons you want to be pissed off at is the human race.
I remember his story and I think the guy who took the pic of the kid next to the vulture did not help, other than maybe shooing the vulture - keep in mind there were hundreds of the poor little things, so he was likely overwhelmed and doing his bit by at least documenting it and getting the word out. He won awards for that pic, but was also essentially spat on for allowing the situation to exist in his vicinity, which is a bit unfair, but understandable. He hated the picture, did not want awards, was badly shaken by the whole thing, could not take the guilt and killed himself pretty much because of having been there and taken pictures, which is kinda sad, as he was obviously attracting attention to the cause by using his talent.
