As far as the ring around the cabin, It made me think of some kind of voodoo/witchcraft, and I found this:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_circleSpecifically this passage:"The main reason for casting a circle is to contain any energy raised by the ritual that follows. As more and more energy is raised from chanting and dancing the energy becomes more concentrated. After the circle has been cast it is believed that if forms a "cone of power"; which starts on the ground as the circle shape and extends upwards to make a point, thus creating a cone shape. When magic is done being performed, the energy is then released through this point to enter the universe and serve its purpose. The purpose of circle casting isn't always for protection. The caster often uses it to meditate or host rituals or even pray. This circle is also believed to be an area which straddles two dimensions or realities. It becomes a sacred space between the mundane world and the otherside. Also known as the "veil between worlds"So I'm not sure if it was a salt circle, or something similar, but I think that it is there to keep Jacob held there prisoner, hence the "Help me".
are you kidding, the nose, chin and eye brow clef are all different. are you so awestrucken by the similar shadwos that that seals the deal. plus wtf. how could it be locke. going to see himself to see himself. bald in the present form head of hair in the future supernatural form. not buyin it
"I'll never love LOST the same way again, but I'm glad that she has come back to her senses and that we can be friends again."That really cracked me up. I suppose I'd feel the same way, but I didn't watch the show from the beginning. My wife and I were at the video store one night and didn't find anything we wanted to rent, so browsing the TV section we decided to pick up the first few discs of Season 1 to see what the fuss was about (this was right before Season 3 was to begin). I loved the first few episodes, so I set my DVR to start recording Season 3, and we plowed through the first two seasons in about a month of on and off viewing. You don't really realize how many episodes there are per season until you start watching the DVDs and get hooked by a cliffhanger episode and decide that you really need to watch the next episode to see what happened and it's way to late and you have work in the morning. Once we caught up, it's been a much more frustrating experience watching it as episodes air because when an episode isn't so hot, you can't just launch the next one and keep the ball rolling. This series is much more enjoyable on DVD for that reason. I thought I was going to give up on it until these last few episodes where my curiosity has been seriously piqued.
The pictures are indicating otherwise but when I went frame-by-frame from home, I suspected Jacob was Claire's psychic. Perhaps the psychic was only channeling Jacob. I'm going to have to re-watch that psychic episode--that was good stuff.
Could be a locke from the future? After they all get off the island he's the only one who stays, he somehow uses the island to project in2 the past to tell ben to keep them on the island so he wont be on his own
