gamepro.com— GamePro.com recently compiled a list of the most influential, revolutionary, and just downright ground-breaking video game controllers ever released. Did your favorite controller make the list?

I'm assuming they're not in order of importance, since even if we don't immediatly declare it the best controller ever, the Wiimote sure as hell is more amazing than the Xbox controller. Maybe they're just trying not to agitate the anti-Nintendo crowd by (some might say rightly) putting all of their stuff at the top of the list. =P
This list is shallow and lacks creativity. The SOB just listed the controller of pretty much every major consul. A f**king 5 year old could make that list.
This is exactly what I was thinking. Umm the genesis, is about the only really popular one left off the list. Of course there's turbo grafx 16, and other lesser known systems, but basically you're right. Just a list of the controllers for all the popular consoles.

I think they missed out by not including the Epyx 500XJ.

you shoot... and you miss.so by your logic the playstation came out with an analog stick on their controller because the playstation was released before the ninentdo64... as much as i would hate to burst your bubble... but sega released their 6 button genesis controller after nintendo came out with their super nintendo controller. http://www.axess.com/twilight/console/detail/genesisb.htmland for a controller family treehttp://www.axess.com/twilight/console/big whoop if other controllers in the past had analog before. but the fact still remains is that the nintendo 64 controller made it standard. Period.
