Agreed. After T3 I said they only way they could reclaim the franchise was to go back in time and undo T3 -- and they actually did.So while I think there's room for improvement on the show, I like it, but I'm not holding out any hope for T4.

The second season started out good with metal chick turning back and John dealing with life but I knew that anything good was gone once they brought in that quirky blonde chick that he dates. I hope she gets shot. (Last episode had a good chance of that, but I was let down)Also, who else is waiting for the Summer Glau / Shirley Manson fight off?

I can't wait to see how this movie turns out. Oh and the people hating on McG need to grow up and give him a chance. I too hated him with a passion until I saw him speak at Comic-Con...now I have alot of confidence in him. I know he directed the horrible Charlie's Angels movies but he also directed We Are Marshall...which, while it wasn't mind blowing, still turned out to be a pretty solid film. He's got quite a solid staff working with him on this movie (something he hasn't had in previous projects) and so far it looks promising. Not to mention that James Cameron also gave McG his blessings and recommended Sam Worthington to him (he's been working with Worthington for his next movie Avatar). McG is working on a much larger scale with this film than he has in previous films and he's got some of the best in the business working with him. This is his chance to shine and I believe he knows that. This guy is no Michael Bay...well, not yet anyway.

He didn't win the O 7 times in a row, but that is another matter.Roland is bodybuilder from Austria and already looks a like Arnold in the face. His body is much better than Arnold's ever was. I'm not putting Arnold down, Roland just had the benefit of better drugs and newer, more effective bodybuilding techniques.

This is just crazy cool!I was pissed when I heard that Claire Danes would not return as Kate Bruester, and that Nicki Stahl would not revise his PERFECT John Connor. I have no clue who this new guy is, but I hope he doesn't f**k it up. He looks a little too strong and beefy to play John Connor. But we'll see. Maybe John spent time lifting weights in the fallout shelter, but the other movies always showed Connor as a very thin, even weak-looking man. And that's the ONLY reason the humans had a chance. I loved Stahl because his John was a gayish punk, spunky. And you could see how he would get nasty like a wet-clawed cat in a bad mood. I think machines could just about outthink any other kind of man. I guy like Stahl's Connor is just a tad too unpredictable.But I still say this looks great. As long as the new guy doesn't play it too straight, I think it should be just fine. I hope the new Kate Bruester isn't some cheeseball poptart. Then it's over for me.
