We can't send a BOY to do a Man's job... BTW, former sen. Phil Gramm (R-Tx) orchestrated the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act in 1999 which “destroyed the Depression-era barrier to the merger of stockbrokers, banks and insurance companies.” He also pushed the Commodity Futures Modernization Act in 2000, which made legal “the mortgage swaps distancing the originator of the loan from the ultimate collector.” The Nation writes that “those two acts effectively ended significant regulation of the financial community.” Go do your homework BOY!
Obama camp has never played the "race card." The "race card" refers to someone who cries race when to distract from something real in that person. It isn't "playing the race card" to point out where racism lives and this election is showing that it is alive and well in this country. Those who are racially biased cling to the Muslim lie or the Ayers silliness so they don't have to admit racism. That is the truth.
the fact is, mccains campaign has never been about the policies, its been all about swiftboat/roveian tactics that some people have taken a little too far. its created a hateful division between people who should have the same interests to heart. we're all americans, we should care about each other. the fact that some mccain supporters want to lop his head off (because they think hes a muslim) is disgusting. they are no better than the extremists who are lopping heads off in the middle east.
Mcain/Palin's negative tactics have led me to believe, as an independent, that neither is ready to lead this country at this critical point in history. What a shame.
