junkbusters.com — Every time you get a call you consider junk, just ask the questions in this script. If they answer no, you may be able to sue them. Be sure to put your phone number on the National Do-Not-Call registry by visiting http://donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222.

I used to work telemarketing in high school. Great money if you can stand the monotony of it. Anyways, I called on behalf of police and fire organizations. These calls ARE EXEMPT from the national do not call list. One of the things I probably got the most pleasure out of was some when someone went off on me to tell me they are on the do not call list and I politely said, "Well sir the national do not call list does not apply to calls made on behalf of police and fire organizations. These are not the types of calls lawmakers intended to stop." But on the flip side, if someone asked me to remove their name from the list I was obliged by law to fill out the paper work to remove their name. There were so many legalities within the script. Like having got say my full first and last name as well as who I was calling for before even talking about donations. Too many good stories...I'd never go back to it though.

Robots that call you are mostly illegal... you need to see if you can do something about it.

Oh, please. a) The kind of person who needs to work as a telemarketer, to make ends meet, can't afford a lawyer. b) You have a curious definition of assault.

Actually it was the fact that I would tell them about the program, give them the computer made estimate, and then transfer them to a sales agent. and During my highschool years when I was there I worked from 11am till midnight because I didn't have to get many credits, as I made did alot of my schooling online at my school.
