arstechnica.com — Think twice before sending nude photos to someone electronically, always. But if you're a teenager, think thrice. Two teenage girls have been arrested and charged with disseminating child porn after they sent nude photos of themselves to two boys, who were also arrested and charged with possession of the pics.

20% of teens admit to having sent a nude photo of themselves, which is technically a federal offense and can lend you on the sex offender list.

Employers are understandably very reluctant to hire anyone who's been charged, even if they weren't convicted.Besides, it's the new trend: Guilty until proven slightly less guilty.

you must've missed last week's digg article explaining how they've killed the 4th amendment of our constitution...recent ruling that hardly anyone heard of.

If the teacher didn't have a right to go through the phone then those photos can't be used as evidence. A friend at my school who's mom is a lawyer was ratted out for selling weed, in the office he said he's not saying anything or doing anything without his mom/lawyer there. Police came and what not, was searched found a bunch of weed. His mom wasn't there and he was then let go because they had nothing at that point because they couldn't use the weed as evidence.
