Uh...espresso has a fraction of the caffeine that drip coffee does. It only tastes stronger. The water is forced through the grounds so fast that the caf can't be leached out into the beverage. Bogus story.

Because unless you get a major mood boost and become psychologically dependent, you're not likely to overdo it. That's why people generally don't OD on coffee, but OD all the time on cocaine and heroin.
